Drawing flies
Bodies pile here beneath the wall
Unaffected by the smell
I cannot believe my eyes
They will claim it's nothing as we watch them burn
Dissidents we once knew pray for death
Strength pulled from them like loosened intestines
Concrete floors painted blood vessel red
Image burned inside my warping mind
I see the liar who put me here remove my cellmate's fingers
One for each step he took beyond the wall
None are left
